* Craft stores such as Michaels carry small bags of Wilton white sprinkles.

CANDY COATED CHRUNCHY RICE CARROTS (NO BAKE)

Don’t let the Easter Bunny see these yummy crunchy carrot treats! This recipe uses Organic Crunchy Rice Rollers and Haribo Sour Cherry stems for an easy NO BAKE assembly. Adorable and delicious too!
*Orange Candy melts can be found both at craft stores like Michael’s. Both Amazon and Walmart Super Centers also carry.
*Chrunchy Rice Rollers and Haribo Cherries are available at Walmart, Amazon and Target as well as supermarkets like Kroger, HEB, & Randalls.

MINI EASTER BERRY BASKETS (NO BAKE)

A tisket, a tasket , a little berry filled basket! This quick and easy NO BAKE dessert uses store bought dessert shells available in the bakery section of most supermarkets. The “basket” comes together by attaching ultra thin pretzel sticks to the sides of the dessert shell with frosting. Some instant pudding creates the filling and a little melted jelly provides the glaze. For an extra special treat use Godiva brand white chocolate pudding mix now available at most stores and at about $1.50 a box, it is very affordable.

EASTER CAKE BALL CONES (NO BAKE)

Super cute! These little cake pops are sure to be a hit! A cake ball filling is encased in a candy coated cone which is topped with edible grass and Dollar Store lolipop! Use a store bought cake for the cake balls filler and these little babies can be done without turning on the oven. This a great project for kids.
* Use coconut oil or shortening to thin the candy melts in needed.
* Edible grass available at Walmart, Amazon, World Market, and Five Below to name a few. Can also substitute coconut flakes mixed with green food coloring.

QUICK AND EASY NO BAKE EASTER SHORTBREAD COOKIES

Ahh Shortbread cookies! Simply delicious! And Keebler’s Sandies Classic are pretty darn good and the base of this NO BAKE recipe. Make them extra special for the holiday by simply adding some cookie icing and store bought decorations or try your artistic hand by painting some watercolor Easter ducks with food color “paint”. Too cute!
*To make paint, add food color to lemon extract in the following proportions –
Duck Body – 1 drop yellow to a 2-3 drops of extract
Grass – 1 drop yellow and 1 drop green to 2-3 drops of extract
Sky – 1 drop blue to 4-6 drops of extract
