I’ve got an early video for you this week, so I could share this stuffing recipe before Thanksgiving tomorrow (rather than my usual Friday posting day!)
Making this dish for my first Thanksgiving abroad — living in London — was the best way to bring the holiday’s joy and deliciousness into our UK lives 🙂

I made this dish for the second Feast By Three event!! Feast By Three is the meal event series put together by me, Charlotte Hu of Skillet & Shutterbug and Supal Desai of Chevrons & Éclairs.
As it was just a week before Thanksgiving, we decided the feast should be autumnal-themed and this stuffing seemed like the perfect addition to our already epic spread of dishes. Check out the video to see all the awesome dishes. I contributed the stuffing, the pumpkin pie, cranberry sauce and mulled cider. It was collectively decided that I needed to share the stuffing recipe with you all! It was THAT good.
