Candied Fruit Cake Recipe – 蜜餞乾果蛋糕

In this video, I am going to demonstrate how to make the super easy candied fruit cake. The cake is soft and moist with citrus flavor of candied fruits. Enjoy!

Bake at 350℉ (175℃) for about 60 minutes

226 grams (8 oz.) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup sugar
6 large eggs
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon Rum or vanilla extract
1 cup candied fruit mix, diced
195 grams (1½ cup) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
