1 tsp ghee
1 ½ cups desiccated coconut
½ cup condensed milk
2 tsp cardamom powder
1-2 tbsp rose syrup
¼ cup dried coconut, desiccated for rolling
15-20 rose petals
In a pan heat ghee and add desiccated coconut.
Cook on low flame for 3-5 minutes, continuously stirring.
Add condensed milk and rose syrup and stir until evenly mixed and continue to cook for 2-4 minutes.
Now add cardamom powder to this and mix well.
Take it off heat and let the mixture cool a bit.
Finely chop the rose petals in length.
Now roll into small medium sized ball.
Roll it in the shredded coconut and the rose petals.
