Ingredients
250 gms Refined flour
1 tbsp semolina
50 ml water
50 ml milk
100 gms grain sugar
100 gms ghee divided
A tiny pinch of salt
Oil for frying

Method
-Heat the pan and add water, grain sugar,ghee and milk
-Mix it properly and let the sugar get dissolve, once it dissolves turn off the flame and let it cool down to room temperature
-In a bowl put refined flour, semolina, salt, ghee and mix it all together
-Add the liquid mixture into the flour and start kneading the dough
-Let the dough rest for few minutes
-Roll the dough ball into flat round disc
-Cut the flat round disc into the diamond shapes
-Heat some oil and fry them
-Keep stirring on moderate flame and fry them until they turn golden brown
-Shakkar Para is ready to be served
