Slow cooker spicy turkey breast

Ingredients:
5 cups turkey breast without skin

Rub:
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried garlic
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp dried onion
1 pcs onion
1 cup vegetable broth
2 tbsp cornstarch

Method:

At first made the rub – mix all ingredients together.

Clean and dry turkey breast.

Put on turkey the prepared rub.

Use slow cooker. Add cutted onion, marinated turkey breast and vegetable broth.

Cook slow 8 hours.

Remove the turkey breast and cut on sluces.

Remove the broth and put it to the pan.

Add cornstarch and mix it well.

Bring to boil.

You have now cool sauce for the breast.

Ready to serve.
