1 tsp coconut oil
1 tbsp coriander leaves
Salt and green chili paste
287 calories | 23g fat | 14g protein |1.5g net carb

Lunch – paneer and lettuce salad
50g lettuce
75g paneer
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp white vinegar
Salt and pepper
367 calories | 23g fat | 14g protein | 3g net carb

Snack – Ultimate Nutrition Whey protein
2 scoops with water
240 calories | 2g fat | 50g protein | 2g net carb

Dinner – Spinach and paneer soup
150g raw spinach
100g paneer
Salt and chili paste
351 calories | 25g fat | 22g protein | 2.5g net carb
