Here is the recipe for the shake:
3/4 Cup (6 Ounces) Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or Other Milk Substitute)
1 Cup Kale (or Other Greens)
3/4 Cup (6 Ounces) Green Tea
1 Banana
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Scoops (60g) Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 Tablespoon (7g) Coconut Oil
1 Cup Ice

Calories in the WHOLE shake:
Calories: 511
Fat: 15g
Saturated Fat: 10g
Sodium: 418mg
Carbs: 48g
Fiber: 9g
Sugar: 19g
Protein: 46g

1. Make your Green Tea
2. Combine all of your ingredients into a blender
3. Blend everything together

Tips: Don’t forget that green tea has caffeine so this smoothie is gonna give you a nice BOOST!
