Homemade Stuffed Tomatoes – Weight Watchers Recipe!

Scrumptious and healthy recipe, Homemade stuffed tomatoes,
The great idea for Weight Watchers Dinner!

Recipe for two persons

You will need:

6 pcs. tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
Two small zucchini
240 g. chicken breast
20 g. parmesan, any other cheese
salt and pepper
dill

Cooking:

Separate the inside of tomatoes, finely chopped onion, garlic and zucchini, as well as the remains of a tomatoes. The vegetables stew on olive oil about 15 minutes,
While the stew vegetables, grind chicken breast, after that add it to the vegetables in the pan, all mix well, salt pepper to your taste.

Fill the tomatoes fried vegetables and chicken breast, on the top of tomatoes put pre-grated parmesan cheese, bake in the oven to about 15 – 20 minutes at a temperature of 185 degrees.
Sprinkle with dill.
