Crispy Chicken Burger Recipe by Food Fusion

Crispy chicken burger Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
For Chicken marinade:
• Chicken breast fillets 2
• Vinegar 2 tsp
• Mustard paste 1 tsp
• Garlic powder 1 tsp
• White pepper powder ½ tsp
• Red chili powder ½ tsp
• Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
• Salt to taste

For Flour coating:
• Flour 2 cup
• Red chili powder 1 tsp
• Black pepper ½ tsp
• Garlic powder ½ tsp
• Salt to taste
• Corn flour 3 tsp
• Rice flour 4tsp
• Egg 2
• Milk ½ cup
• Oil for deep frying

Mayo Sauce:
• Chili garlic sauce 1 & ½ tsp
• Mustard paste 1 tbs
• Mayonnaise 5 tbs

Assembling burger:
• Buns
• Mayonnaise
• Ice berg
• Fried chicken
• Mayo sauce
• Cheese slice
• Ketchup

Directions:
-Take chicken breast and make 4 fillets, pound fillets with steak hammer.
-In bowl,add vinegar,mustard paste,garlic powder,white pepper powder,red chilli powder, worcestershire sauce and salt,mix well.
-Add fillets and coat fillets properly,marinate it for 30-45 minutes.
-For flour coating, combine flour,red chili powder,black pepper,garlic powder,salt,corn flour and rice flour, mix well and set aside.
-For egg coating, in a bowl beat 2 eggs with milk and set aside.
-Heat oil in a wok, take one marinated chicken fillet, dip into egg mixture and coat it with flour mixture then again dip into egg mixture and flour mixture (press hard for crispy fillet).
-Deep fry the fillet on medium flame, fry 3minutes each side. Fry until a crispy coat is turned brown.
-Repeat same process with all the fillets.
-To make mayo sauce, combine chili garlic sauce, mustard paste and mayonnaise and mix well to form a paste. Pour mayo sauce in dressing bottle.
-For assembling, take burger buns. Apply mayonnaise on bun. Add ice burg leaf, fried chicken fillet, mayo sauce, cheese slice and then cover with the bun.
-Serve with homemade French fries and ketchup.

-Bowl mein sirka,mustard paste,lehsan powder,safed mirch powder,lal mirch,worcestershire sauce aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Is mein fillets ko dal ker ache tarhan coat karein, 30-45 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Flour coating banana kliya,bowl mein maida,lal mirch,kali mirch,lehsan powder,namak,corn flour aur chawal ka atta dak ker mix karein aur side per rakh dein.
-Egg coating banana kliya,bowl mein do ande aur doodh dal ker mix karein aur side per rakh dein.
-Karhai mein oil garam karein,ek marinated chicken fillet ko egg mixture mein dip karein phr flour mixture mein ache tarhan coat karein,dobara egg mixtutre mein dip ker k flour mixture mein coat ker lein.
-Darmiyani ancch per deep fry ker lein,ek side 3minute fry karein.Crispy coat,brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Yehe process dobara duhrayein baqi fillets kliya.
-Mayo sauce banana kliya,bowl mein chili garlic sauce,mustad paste aur mayonnaise dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dressing bottle mein dal dein.
-Assembling kliya, burger buns per mayonnaise lagayein. Ice burg leaf,fried chicken fillet, mayo sauce, cheese slice aur bun rakh dein.
-Homemade French fries aur ketchup k saath serve karein.
