Veal – How to Make Breaded Veal Steak Recipe (Ternera Empanada) [Episode 067]

I am making breaded veal cubed steaks. Very simple to make with just a few ingredients. Serve with French fries, rice and beans, mash potatoes, potato salad, etc, or in a sandwich. In Germany this steak is called Winer Zneizels.

Ingredients:
2 to 3 Veal Cubed Steaks (Approximately 1 lbs)
Salt and Black Pepper
1 cups plain bread crumbs
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 beaten eggs mixed with 1/3 cup water
Vegetable oil for frying

Sprinkle salt and black pepper to your taste over the steaks.
Mix the eggs with the water.
Cover the steaks with the all-purpose flour.
Drench the steaks with the egg and water mixture.
Cover the steaks with the bread crumbs.
Fry the steaks in deep vegetable oil until golden brown. Place them on an absorbent paper towel.
Serve with your favorite side dish.
