Cajun Sausage & Beans – Crockpot Recipe

1 lb smoked sausage (sliced into 1/4 inch pieces)
16 oz can red beans
16 oz can crushed tomatoes with green chilies
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 an onion chopped
2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
Hot sauce to taste

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for up to 8 hours.
Serve over rice or as a zesty soup.
