This week’s meal prep: Oxtail Stew
Chop up your choice of veggies. Cut off excess fat from the oxtails. Pan sear the oxtails. Throw it all into a crockpot. Add bayleaf, a little salt and pepper, garlic, beef stock and anything else you like! Cook on Low Heat for 8-10 hours! Enjoy the aroma in your kitchen!
