材料 Ingredients:
七十克低筋麵粉 70g Cake flour
十克吉士粉 10g Custard powder
六十克幼砂糖 60g Caster sugar
三十克菜油 30g Vegetable oil
四十毫升牛奶 40ml Milk
四隻雞蛋,每隻五十克 4 eggs (15g each)
蛋糕模:直徑七寸半,高三寸。 Cake mold (7.5 inch in diameter, 3 inch high)
