Pizza in the Slow Cooker (Crockpot)
1 can refrigerated pizza dough
½ cup to 1 cup pizza or marinara sauce
Toppings (meats, veggies, cheese)
Nonstick cooking spray
Roll out the pizza dough until it’s about the same size as your slow cooker. Liberally spray your slow cooker insert with nonstick cooking spray. Press dough into the insert and create a border of dough along the edges of the insert to form a crust. Add as much pizza or marinara sauce to the dough as you’d like, and then add your toppings. “Bake” on high for 2 to 2.5 hours. Remove from insert and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
