Fish fillets – 10 – 12 pieces (bhetki fish/basa fish)
Oil – 1/2 cup (extra for deep fry the Coated fish fillets)
Egg – 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Light soya sauce with salted – 1 tsp
Dark soya sauce – 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped – 1 tbsp
Ginger chopped- 1 tsp
Green chillies chopped – 1 tbsp
Bell pepper (capsicum) – 3 tbsp (half bell pepper)
Onion – 3 tbsp (half onion)
Coriander leaves chopped – 2 tbsp
Cornflour- 1 tbsp
Plain flour (madia) – 1 tsp
Cornflour water – 1 tsp
Chicken stock – 1 big tbsp
Ajinomoto (MSG) – 1 pinch
