1 Salmon Fillet
Salt and Pepper per taste
2 tbsp oil for cooking and 2-3 tbsp of Lemon juice.
– Heat Oil in a pan and once the oil is hot, cook skin side of Salmon first and then flesh until both sides are done ( 2-3 mins). Add salt, pepper and lemon juice. Serve with Veggies of your choice.
