Start of the new year with a healthy delicious veggie burger. This awesome black bean patty is made with “seitan” which is a special wheat gluten that gives it a satisfying bite.
DISCLAIMER: It says “veggie” burger but this recipe does use eggs! You can use 2 tbsp of ground flax + 6 tbsp of hot water + 10 minutes as a replacement! 2 tbsp of ground chia seeds + 6 tbsp of hot water + 10 minutes also works!
