Kulkuls are special sweet curled cookies which are made on special occasions like Christmas. Lovely bits of Sweet dough made out of ghee, sugar and flour fried.They are crisp and have such a dense flavor. They are also known as KalaKala or KalKals.
NOTE :
1.You can use coconut milk instead of milk.
2.You can also reduce the semolina to 1/4cup if you want less crunchy.
3.Finally dust some powdered suagr on the fried kulkuls/kalkals.
