Ingredients for 6 Crème Brûlées:
600 ml heavy whipping cream
50 g dark brown sugar (1/3 cup)
1 tbsp molasses
6 large egg yolks
1 vanilla pod or 2 tsp of pure vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cloves

+ about 6 tbsp of granulated sugar for the caramel topping
