Delicious Salmon recipe that suits perfect the Christmas Dinner! This is a easy recipe that many family members will love!
So for this recipe I fired up my Weber Kettle and I run it at 175 °C (347F ). You can also try this recipe on the oven and it will work fine as well. Make sure that your salmon had all the pin bones removed before you start spicing it.

In this recipe I have used Gingerbread spice. If you are not familiar with it, you can check it out in link below (it is not an affiliated link). If you cannot find it in your local store, you can use cinnamon spice instead.
Note: I removed the Salmon from the grill when internal temperature was 60°C. It was still very tender and juicy. Nevertheless, if you prefer your salmon a bit more raw, I would suggest you remove it when internal temperature is 55°C.
Please remember that cooking time depends on how big your salmon is.
Give it a try and let me know how did it go in the comments below! Thanks for watching.
