The cracked top with the “yolk” showing in the middle of the white.This recipe could not be any easier; there’s no baking involved and it takes hardly any time to create these cute Cheesecake-Filled Chocolate Easter Eggs with a ‘yolk’ made of passionfruit sauce.Easter is only a week away and these delicious chocolate eggs are such an easy, cute, yummy, no-bake treat to make. They are filled with creamy lemony cheesecake and apricot sauce for the “yolk”.

Ingredients :

2 large chocolate eggs or 4 small ones
150 gr of soft cheese or cream cheese
30 gr of icing sugar
100 ml of double cream
1 tsp of lemon zest
1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice

For the Yolk effect :
2 tbsp of mango puree, can also use orange juice, passion fruit
15 gr or 1 tbsp of unsalted butter
1 tbsp of apricot jam
1 tsp of vanilla extract

2 яйца шоколадныx или 4 маленьких
150 гр мягкого сыра
30 гр сахарной пудры
100 мл сливок
1 чайная ложка лимонной цедры
1 столовая ложка свежего лимонного сока

Для эффекта желтка :
2 столовые ложки пюре из манго , также можно использовать апельсиновый сок или маракуйя
15 гр или 1 столовая ложка сливочного масла
1 столовая ложка абрикосового варенья
1 чайная ложка ванильного экстракта
