This crazy and super unique idea to make stuffed chicken eggs was given to me by one of the girls that follows me on instagram! She threw this idea and I decided to work on it and create my own. I absolutely love how these eggs look and how unique and cool they are, not to mention that they are super delicious as well. Who doesn’t like chicken in a shape of an egg? They are very similar to the holodec type, but with a lot more filling and less jello. Technically you can serve them as chicken bites that look like eggs, and I think they are so perfect for Easter and will wow your guests. It is very easy and simple recipe and requires no complicated tools or molds. I do advice you to use duck eggs, as they are bigger, but it also works with chicken eggs!! Enjoy the creative process and I cannot wait to see your eggs!

Ingredients
2 chicken thighs
6 table spoons sweetcorn
6 table spoons green peas
1 large carrot
6 large duck eggs (can also use chicken eggs)
Half a lemon
Parsley & Dill
20 gr gelatine powder (+ 50 gr of chicken stock cold)
100-200 gr of chicken broth/stock

Мне очень нравится, как эти яйца выглядят и насколько они уникальны, не говоря уже о том, что они очень вкусные. я думаю, что они идеально подходят к Пасхе и удивят ваших гостей. Это очень легкий и простой рецепт и не требует сложных инструментов или форм. Я советую вам использовать утиные яйца, так как они больше, но это также работает с куриными яйцами! Наслаждайтесь творческим процессом, и я не могу дождаться, чтобы увидеть ваши яйца!

Ингредиенты
куриные бедра
6 столовых ложек кукурузы
6 столовых ложек зеленого горошка
1 большая морковь
6 больших утиных яиц (можно также использовать куриные яйца)
Половина лимона
Петрушка и укроп
20 г желатинового порошка (+ 50 г куриного бульона холодного)
100-200 г куриного бульона / бульон
