Hello and Happy Easter my Friends!

In this Video, I am doing a Easter Dessert Collaboration with my Friend Elliott from Baking with Elliott! I have know idea what kind of Dessert Elliott is making but it is going to be Amazing! For our Collaboration, I am making Easter M&M Cookies! These are so soft, chewy, delicious, and festive! Your Guest, even the Easter Bunny will fall in love with these cookies!

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 jumbo egg, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cocoa extract
1 2/3 cup self rising flour + 1/2 tsp baking soda, sifted
1 cup pastel color Easter M&Ms

Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees

In a large bowl using a hand mixer, add melted butter, white and brown sugar; mix until well combined. Then add egg, vanilla and cocoa extract and mix until well incorporated. Slowly add flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix until well combined. Fold in M&Ms. Scoop cookie dough using a tablespoon full to a 9×13 inch long cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Place cookies 1/2 inch apart. Bake for 10-16 minutes until golden brown (depends how hot your stove it, do not over bake). Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes and enjoy.
