WHITE CHOCOLATE GANACHE:
200 grams white chocolate
65 grams heavy cream / whipping cream
a drop or two of gel food colour in blue (I used royal blue by Americolour).
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1. Combine the cream and the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl.
2. zap in the microwave for 30 seconds and stir until all the chocolate has melted and the mixture is combined. Add in a drop or two of gel food colour with the tablespoon of vegetable oil.
