1 Cup Moong Dal

2 Green chillies

1 inch ginger

2 table spoon oil

1/2 table spoon cumin seeds ( jeera)

1/2 table spoon mustard seeds ( rai)

asfoetida( hing)

curry leaves

salt to taste

1 pouch Eno ( fruit salt)

1/4 tsp turmeric powder ( Haldi)
