I saw this recipe on my friend Diana’s site, and since it was apple season, I had to absolutely make one of the best apple recipes I had found on the web. It is really simple and here is what you need:

6 apples
2 cinnamon sticks
6 Cups fruit juice (I used pear)
sea salt
ground cinnamon
coconut crystals

Slice your apples thinly after being cored and boil them in your fruit juice with cinnamon stick for 5 minutes. Remove apples (careful they are hot!) and pat dry. Place on cooling racks and place in oven for approximately 2 hours or until crispy.
