Sometimes eating healthier can be an obstacle for more than one reason. Sometimes, it’s money, sometimes it can be time, or one of many other things. This recipe is easy, very quick to make, and inexpensive. A bag of apples, a can of raisins, a jar of honey, a bag of grapes, and a bottle of cinnamon, can go a long way! This recipe is made out of completely healthy foods! Each ingredient is 100% natural. This recipe may not look like much in the bowl but it is actually quite filling. This recipe also contains a great amount of fiber, vitamin c, vitamin a, iron, potassium, and is FULL of antioxidants. It’s great for your digestive and immune systems, and therefore is very helpful in combating acne. My mom used to feed this to me as a child and I still eat it today. It’s really delicious!!! You can really just add all of these ingredients to taste and preference,
but if you want specifics this is more or less how I make mine:
*1 medium sized apple
*1/4 cup of raisins
*1/2 a 4th cup of honey
A teaspoon of cinnamon
3/4 cup of grapes
*Remember apples have a lot of fiber, so it’s best to use a medium sized or small apple, so as to not overdo it. Using a LARGE apple isn’t at all bad for you, it’s really good for you actually. But just keep in mind the purpose and benefits of fiber if you use one.
*If you don’t like raisins, you can replace them with the grapes and, or bananas.
*If you don’t like honey you can use black strap molasses instead. It also tastes great with the other ingredients!
