Dark chocolate sponge cake recipe

Hi, Happy to share with you my very easy chocolate sponge cake.
You can fill with any cream/frosting for a more delicious taste or you can just eat it plain.
The ingredients:

For a 15-20 cm diameter baking pan

3 eggs at room temperature
85 grams of granulated sugar (adjustable)
40 grams of cake or all-purpose flour
30 grams of dutch cocoa powder
a pinch of salt
rum essence or any other flavouring

OPTIONAL:
Icing sugar and dutch cocoa powder for decoration
You can double the quantity of the ingredient for large or taller cake.
