Whipped Cream Frosting Recipe
1.Using both a chilled bowl and beaters, beat the cream until frothy.
2.in a stand mixer fitted with the wired whip blade, whip the cream at high speed till you get stiff peaks in the cream. Whip until light and a thick enough consistency to spread as an icing.
you can also use a hand held electric beater to whip the cream.
3] the cream should have stiff peaks – meaning on turning the bowl the cream should not fall down.
4].Use immediately or use within a day only by keeping in refrigerator.
how to make homemade easy chocolate frosting recipe
Makes enough to frost half kg base cake
Few squares of Cadbury’s milk chocolate, melted
If you are making a medium to large cake, simply double the quantity!
1. take a handheld electric whisk beater.
2.Turn the mixer down to a slower speed. Add the milk to the butter.
3.When the milk has been incorporated, add the melted chocolate.
4.Once all the chocolate has been combined, turn the mixer up to a high speed
5.Continue beating for about 5 minutes, until it is light and fluffy.
Spread on icing cake and iside the layers and enjoy!!!!!!! 😀
use vanilla cake recipe as the base cake.
for the chocolate cake frosting & assembling.
.1]slice the cake with a serrated knife from the center carefully into three equal halves.
3] brush the base slice of the cake with some chocolate frosting.
4] spread the finely chocolate frosting with ¼ or ? of the cream
5] spread the chocolate cream frosting on the base slice evenly..
6] keep the other cake half over do the same for above layers.
7] now spread the remaining whipped cream all over the cake on the top as well as the sides, with a palette knife or spatula evenly.
8] decorate the cake with a few more chocolate garnishing slices.
9] keep the cake in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours so that the cream icing sets.
10] remove the cake and decorate the cake with the fresh cherries and cream design.
11] serve the chocolate cream cake immediately.
or you can keep it covered in the fridge and then serve later.
12] its advisable to finish this chocolate cream cake within a day or two.
13] you can use different colour gel edible gel specially use for fresh cream cake to make multi colour cake.
14] make the fresh cream flowers as shown in the video make the leaves and put some garnishing of chocolate as shown in the video.
