OREO biscuit cake recipe in pressure cooker – Eggless and No Oven required

This oreo biscuit cake is simplest cake recipe. You can cook in pressure cooker without any added oil or butter. It is very easy to make. This recipe is perfect for kids tiffin. You do not need butter or butter paper in making it. This cake recipe is done without any micro oven.

Ingredients:

1 Oreo Biscuit Packet. You can use any other cream biscuit.
1 cup of milk.
2 table spoon of sugar.
1 tea spoon Baking Powder.
Little chocolate for garnishing.

Preparation:

Take a pressure cooker, put a 200 gms of salt in it and make a salt bed and heat the cooker in low flame. Take out the whistle of the cooker.

Method:

Take the biscuits and extract the cream. Keep the cream in refrigerator. We will need the cream later for garnishing.

Grind the normal sugar in grinder to dust.

Grind the Oreo biscuits to dust.

Mix biscuit dust, 2 table spoon of dust sugar, 1 tea spoon of baking powder and 1 cup (150 ml) of milk. Mix thoroughly till the batter is smooth enough.

Grease a stainless steel container with any colorless and odorless oil. Put the mixture in it.

Now gently put the container inside the cooker and place it over salt bed. Close the lid of the cooker, remove the whistle/seeti. Cook it in low flame for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes gently remove the lid. Let the cooker cool. Take out the cake and garnish it with the cream we had removed earlier and kept it at refrigerator. Grade some chocolate over it.
