Vanilla Cake Recipe | Renee Conner

I have had an overwhelming number of requests for my scratch Vanilla Cake Recipe! Finally, I’ve had a chance to film it and share it with you all. In my opinion it is the perfect Vanilla Cake!

2 sticks Unsalted Butter- room temp (226g)
2 Cups Granulated Sugar (450g)
2 3/4 Cups All Purpose Flour (344g)
2 1/4 tsp Baking Powder (16g)
1/2 tsp Salt (2g)
1 Cup Whole Milk- room temp (236mL)
2 tsp Vanilla (10mL)- recommend Tahitian Vanilla: (I use Double Fold Vanilla, if using single-fold use 1 Tbsp Vanilla)
4 Lrg Eggs- room temp
