The BEST Red Velvet Cupcake Recipe -レッドベルベットカップケーキ-

Hey guys! I thought I’d share this red velvet cupcake recipe since it’s AMAZING. The video shows step by step instructions on how to make them.

Recipe adapted from ‘The Cake book’ by Cupcake Jemma.

1 cup (115g) all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/3 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup (110g) granulated sugar
a pinch of salt
1 stick + 1 tbsp (130g) room-temp butter
2 large room-temp eggs
1+ 1/2 tbsp buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp red food coloring (to your liking)
3/4 tsp cider vinegar

115g 中力粉/薄力粉
小さじ1 ベーキングパウダー
大さじ1/2 ココアパウダー
110g グラニュー糖
小さじ1/3 重曹(ベーキングソーダ)
130g バター(常温)
2個 卵(L、常温)
大さじ1+1/2 バターミルク(牛乳とレモン果汁少々を混ぜて作る)
小さじ1 バニラエッセンス
適量 赤の着色料
一つまみ 塩
小さじ3/4 お酢(リンゴ酢など)
