Vegan Vanilla Cupcake Recipe + Vanilla Vegan Frosting Recipe

Bunnie cakes joins us in the Holstein Kitchen and they share with us their delicious vegan vanilla cupcake recipe which is freshly prepared in the Holstein Cupcake Maker.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
6 tbsp vegan butter
1 cup and 2 tbsp coconut milk
1/2 tbsp vanilla
2 1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar

Steps:
Mix the ingredients in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
Pour into your cupcake maker and allow to bake for 10-14 minutes.
Remove from the maker and decorate with vanilla vegan frosting.
