Guess what? It’s finally time for some PROTEIN ICE CREAM! Not only is this recipe quick, all you need is 4 ingredients, a blender, and a spoon! I’d tell you all about how good it is but…I have some ice cream to finish!

Here is the recipe for Vanilla Ice Cream:
1 1/2-2 Cups Ice
1 Scoop (50g) Vanilla Labrada Lean Pro8 (or use 100% Whey to cut down on the carbs/fat)
1-2 Ounces Milk, Milk Substitute, or RTD (Your choice flavor)
3 Tablespoons (46g) Liquid Egg Whites
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon *Optional

Calories in Vanilla Ice Cream with Lean Pro8:
Calories: 1235
Fat: 7g
Saturated Fat: 4g
Sodium: 270mg
Carbs: 13g (Net Carbs: 9g)
Fiber: 4g
Sugar: 3g
Protein: 30g

Calories in Vanilla Ice Cream with 100% Whey:
Calories: 167
Fat: 3g

How to make:
1. Add all of your ingredients into a blender that can crush ice
2. Blend until smooth (you may need to stir it a few times and keep blending OR add a bit more liquid in if it’s not blending at all)

Tips:

Change up the flavor with different flavored RTDs, extracts, and powders!
Top it with a protein bar!
