In partnership with FaveHealthyRecipes, I have seen the resurgence of new Atkins followers since the start of the year. I wanted to upload a super simple recipe that all low carbers can follow. Cabbage is one of those “Other Vegetables,” and has loads of good minerals in it. I highly recommend this side dish recipe.

2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Splenda (or liquid equivalent)
2 tbsp dried onion
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp celery seeds
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp salt
14 oz bag coleslaw mix
Makes 7-8 Servings.
