Here are the ingredients for this cleansing juice, which is good for stomach bugs, detox, and impressing your friends. You will not find this at Whole Foods because it doesn’t have eighteen apples, 3 bananas and a pound of sugar in it, but it’s damn healthy.
-1 inch ginger (chop and boil)
-3 cloves garlic (you can boil with the ginger if you’d like)
-1 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
-1 Teaspoon turmeric
-Juice of 1 lemon
-3 ounces Apple Cider Vinegar (use organic stuff, like Braggs)
After you’ve added ginger and garlic to 4-6oz boiling water and let simmer for 10 minutes, cool (ice cubes work well), add all other ingredients, put into a cup, and slam it.
Try not to gag.
