Cheese cheese nachos

What for snack or hosting a party? You can never go wrong with plate of nachos.


1 pcs shallot
Olive oil
2 cups minced beef meat
1 pcs fresh habanero
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1 can white beans with tomatoe sauce
Black pepper
1 bag corn tortilla chips
4 cups chopped cheddar cheese

1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup black olive


Cut shallot.

Add to the pan olive oil and shallot. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add chili powder and paprika and who liked spicy – add fresh habanero.

Add beef and beans. If needed use salt and black pepper, depends on your taste.

Simmer for 40 minutes.

Prepare baking pan and use baking paper. Then layer: corn tortilla, cheddar cheese and meat sauce.

Preheat oven on 180 C / 356 F. Bake for 20 minutes.

Its ready to serve. For decoration you can use everything you have or you like – sour cream, fresh cilantro, jalapenos, black olive, tomatoe salsa, avocado or fresh lime juice.
