An easy recipe with a few simple ingredients.
Juice of 1 Lime
2 tsp of Tahini
Pinch of Black Pepper and Thyme
1 Cup each of Zucchini, Cucumber, Green Peas,
Broccoli Florets and Stems, Celery Stalk and
Leaves, Spinach, and Kale
In a large bowl, mash avocados with lime juice, tahini and black pepper to create a dressing. Add zucchini, cucumber, green peas, broccoli florets and stems, celery stalks and leaves, thyme, spinach, kale, and mix well.
