Mexican spicy flank burger

How to make the best burger you ever tasted style mexicano.

Ingredients:

1 pcs beef flank steak
1 pcs gluten free burger
Cheddar cheese
1 pcs green bell pepper
1 pcs red bell pepper
Mustard
Tabasco
Mix of salad
Jalapenos
1 pcs tomatoe
Olive oil

Mexican seasoning:
2 tsp dried onion
1 tsp chili flakes
3 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika

Method:

Clean and dry beef flank steak.

Mix seasoning – mix all ingredient together.

Use olive oil and seasoning for the flank.

Preheat the pan and grill the steak for 4 minutes from each side.

Also grill your gluten free burger and green and red pepper.

Prepare grilled burger. Use mustard and tabasco. Add mix of salad, jalapenos snd tomatoe slices.

Add cheddar cheese. Use flamb gun.

Add grilled flank steak and once more cheddar cheese. Close it with other side of burger.
