Green Superfood Bircher Muesli (4 servings)
1 1/2 cups quick oats (use 1 cup for thinner consistency)
6 ounce container plain yogurt (I used Siggis grass-fed)
1 cup full fat coconut milk
1 large grated organic apple mixed with 1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 scoop Spirulina (2 teaspoons)
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons chia seeds
3/4 cup filtered water
Place all ingredients in a container or bowl and mix thoroughly. Scoop into jars or bowls and refrigerate overnight.
