1/2 cup finely chopped coriander
2tsp ginger chilli paste
salt to taste
1tsp turmeric
1tsp black pepper powder
2tsp sugar
1/2tsp asafoetida

for tadka
oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, sesame seeds, asafoetida
