Tired of drinking the same boring, bland tasting proteins shakes? Try this delicious shake from Jillian and, mix things up!

Protein Frappe:
1 scoop vanilla protein
1 tbsp pb 2
1 tsp instant coffee or espresso grounds
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup water
tons of crushed ice
