Going KETO?! Plus bullet proof coffee & low carb recipes

I’m going KETO all y’all!

Ok, it’s only temporarily, but I needed to switch things up and approach an eating plan totally out of my element. Looking for that curious energy to try new recipes, challenge myself, etc.

KETO is a high fat, low carb, moderate approach to eating. When you consume lower calories from carbohydrates, your body starts burning fat instead. This is supposed to ultimately lower blood sugar levels, increasing the production of ketone bodies.

What I have noticed so far, on only day 3, is that I have so much energy and have been controlling my hunger levels more higher fat intake.
