We all know the struggle. Protein is easy to choose, but then the question for your low carb dinner or low carb recipe is: WHAT LOW CARB SIDE TO MAKE? It is always the difficult one for me in my low carb lifestyle. Well this low carb creamy Brussel sprouts and bacon are where it is at! This keto creamy Brussel sprouts and bacon couldn’t be easier to make and they taste unbelievable!

And it just so happens, American thanksgiving is just around the corner, so if you’re looking to keep your thanksgiving dinner or thanksgiving lunch low carb or keto, this is THE PERFECT low carb thanksgiving side, or keto side. Everyone will love it and won’t even bat an eyelid at your keto thanksgiving side!

You can make as much or as little of these low carb Brussel sprouts or lchf Brussel sprouts as you like. Simply cut up the Brussel sprouts (which is a low carb vegetable as it is), cut off the hard ends, and then cut the Brussel sprouts in half (longways). Fry up some delicious bacon of your choice is block shaped pieces (who doesn’t love bacon, right?). Once done, add the Brussel sprouts, fry them up, steam them a little with the assistance of some water until the Brussel sprouts are tender, but still crunchy (you don’t want to be serving people mushy low carb side and trying to convince them low carb is the way to go with that type of keto side!!). Add some cream cheese of your choice, I use Philadelphia. Get all the colour off the bottom of the pan and your banting side or lchf side is ready to go. Really guys, this easy side could NOT be any easier to make and you will be so surprised how delicious it is.
