Say it with vigour! I am a proud Indian! Meneka Arora of Khana Ghar Ghar Ka brings you this dish mutton stew dish that dates back to the civilisation itself. There are many different versions of the stew as you can cook it with dear meat, bare meat or only vegetables. In this video, learn it to prepare with mutton.

Ingredients to be used in the preparation-

2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
3-4 Peppercorns
4-5 Cloves
2 Dry Red Chillies
4-5 Curry Leaves
2 Diced Onions
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
200 gms Mutton
Salt to Taste
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder

Cook Mutton Until 2 Whistles

Vegetables to be used with Mutton-

50 gms Peas
1 Potato (diced)
7 to 8 Cauliflower (florets)
1 Carrot (diced)

Cook Mutton with Vegetables until 2-3 whistles

Simmer for 3-4 mins after adding 1/2 cup Coconut Milk

For garnishing-

Slit Green Chillies
