Weight Watchers Recipe – 3 P+ Broccoli Salad

This is my version of a Broccoli Salad sold at a fine foods store in my town. It tastes very similar and is much more points friendly.

2 cups broccoli
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 T green onion
2 T pecans
2 T craisins
2 T Hellmann’s Light Mayo
1 t sugar
1 t Red Wine vinegar (I said apple cidar in the video, but used Red Wine. Either would work.)
