Weight Watchers Recipe: Lemon & Raspberry Drizzle Cake

150g Low fat spread
140g light brown sugar
3 eggs (Beaten)
150g self raising flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Finely grated zest of 1 Lemon
100g Raspberrys ( Defrosted if Frozen)

For the Icing:
30g Icing sugar ( Sifted)
1-2 tsp Lemon Juice
Pink food colouring
