Weight Watchers Recipe Stuffed Mushrooms

16 Medium Button Mushrooms: 1 pt
1/2 onion chopped: 0 pt.
4 1/2 oz. Spinach: 0 pt.
1 Slice Whole Wheat Bread: 1 pt.
1 tsp Olive Oil: 1 pt.
1 tsp Chili Oil: 1 pt.
Serves 4, 5.5 pt. total

Chop onion, take the stems off of the mushrooms and chop the stems.
Saute the onions and mushroom stems in EVOO, for 1 min.
Mince garlic, set aside.
Add spinach to the onion and musrooms, and wilt the leave, for about 3 mins.
Cut up some bread, for bread crumbs
Add garlic to mixture and heat thru,
Add chili oil, or anything you like.
Add breadcrumbs and turn to high so the bread crubs will get a little brown.
Turn your oven on to 350.
Stuff your mushroom caps.
cook in the over for 15 mins.
