Weight Watchers Recipe – Tzatziki

I love Tzatziki and will eat it 1/2 cup at a time. It is great over just about any grilled meat, in place of mayonnaise in sandwiches and wraps and even just to dip your bread or pita in.

The points for this recipe depends on what kind of yogurt you use. The Greek style that I used is 3 Points + per 1/2 cup. If you can’t find plain Greek yogurt, just strain plain non-fat yogurt and you will have the same consistency as Greek.

This is the base recipe, but as you can see in the video, it is customizable.

1 small container (1 cup) Greek yogurt
1/2 cucumber, seeded and grated
1 pinch of dill
1 small clove garlic, finely minced
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients.
